Dinner this Week

Pretty kale in our garden.
M: Leftover Chicken Marsala Linguine with side spinach salad
T: Slow-cooker pulled pork sandwiches, applesauce
W: Red lentil soup with lemon, fresh dinner rolls
Th: Leftovers
F: Buttermilk fried chicken legs, macaroni and cheese, corn
S: Italian sausage lasagna with fresh salad
Su: Tomato soup, cheesy garlic toasts, green salad

  1. The kale looks delicious! I might have to try that lentil soup too, have you made it before?

  2. Jen, I had not made it before, but we did try it this week. It was really delicious, creamy but very healthy. Definitely a thicker soup, and a lot of flavor, I thought. My kids did not really eat it, though they don't like soup very much (strange, isn't it?) However my husband really enjoyed it and he doesn't like lentils or beans.
