Menu of the Week

Last week's plan was revised due to extra leftovers (bonus!) and a birthday party planned a bit late.
So for this week we have:
M: Baked ham (from freezer), double-baked potatoes (leftover) and spinach salad
T: Pan-fried apple sausage, roasted cabbage, baked beans
W: Apricot pork chops, brown rice, steamed broccoli
Th: Vegetable frittata with garden salad
F: Homemade pizza
S: Seasoned chicken breasts, pan-fried zucchini cakes, steamed carrots
Su: Meatloaf, crispy herbed potatoes, green peas
